While each Conference experience is unique year after year, attendees always have the opportunity to participate in a wide-range of educational and networking events in one location. In 2013, Heartland Kidney Network will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary of hosting this annual event, and it will be exciting to celebrate this great accomplishment with those dialysis staff and patients who have helped contribute to 25 years of high quality patient care.
