CrownWeb Rollout Timeline
The new Conditions for Coverage also mandate that all facilities submit patient data electronically. This CrownWeb Timeline will let you know all the important dates and activities between now and the rollout date including training dates and locations. This document will always be kept in the Information Management section of the website and is subject to change as more details are finalized.
Please be aware that the Annual Facility Survey will start on December 15th this year and must be finished by January 9, 2009.
